Free and good breakfast with plenty of food options. Good and incredible location not very far from city centre. Incredible food in the restaurants such as Ristorante la Falterona, located 5 min away. Walking distance to a train station, perfect for me.

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the main train station in the direction of all the attractions in Florence, very convenient. The hotel is clean, well serviced and comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke English well. Everything considered, I felt that this hotel represented great value for money.

At one point, on my checkout morning, the wifi was unusable. However, it worked fine the rest of the time I was there.

I appreciated how close I was to both the amazing Basilica of Santa Croce and the lively Mercato Centrale, making it super easy to enjoy all the sights and local flavors while walking around the city.

A good stay with great location just minutes from the main train station! The staff were friendly. Our room, though small, was clean and cozy. Breakfast was well-organized with good options. Close to attractions, we walked everywhere with ease. Would definitely recommend!

This charming family-run hotel is delightful in every way. It is small and unpretentious, so please don't expect room service, swimming pools, spas and mini-bars; but if you're after a quiet, friendly hotel in the very heart of Florence, this is for you. The Via Faenze is a tiny, bustling street just by the markets and the Duomo; the medieval-type stalls are wheeled over the cobbles twice a day, and if you keep your shutters open you'll be able to smell as well as hear the busy trattoria below. You probably won't get closer to the Duomo without camping on its steps, but the real reason to stay here is the delightful, friendly staff.

People who dislike or have trouble using stairs should check to see if there is an elevator.

Everything's nice.

Great location. Just a short walk from the train station made getting around easy. The staff greeted us warmly and helped with our bags, a plus. The room was clean and spacious enough for what we needed. Breakfast included a variety of options like croissants and coffee, perfect for kicking off the day. The noise from outside did disturb some mornings, especially with windows open for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay despite the few issues.

We loved the stay in the Nuova Italia Hotel. The Viti family is very kind and Mr. Silvano who works there at night, too. The hotel is very well situated, the breakfast is very good and the relation quality-price exelent! We highly recommend it! This trip will stay in our hearts forever.
